What we design

Index (04)

Why one team

Screen to print

One team for the website, the sign and the stuff you hand over.

  • (a)
    One set of brand files

The same logo, colours and type feed the website and the printer, so nothing gets re-drawn along the way.

  • (b)
    One team to ask

The people who design your work answer your questions, with no hand-offs between agencies.

  • (c)
    One scope, in writing

You know what is included before we start, whether it is a single flyer or a full rebrand.

(Screen)

Looks right on every device.

(System)

Same mark, same colour, same voice.

(Print)

Prints right first time.

Print-ready by default

Proof sheet (05)

Print-ready is where we start, not an extra.

Every print job leaves us as a file a printer can run without a phone call. We build it with the technical edges in place, then check it before it goes anywhere.

How a project runs

Five steps (05)

Clear scope, clear steps, files you can use.

  1. 01

    Brief and scope

A short conversation about what you need and who it is for. We write down what is included before anything starts.

You receiveA written scope and plan
  2. 02

    Direction

We show you how it could look and feel, on the things you will actually use, not just a logo on white.

You receiveA design direction to react to
  3. 03

    Design

We build it out across web, graphics and print, with a round or two of feedback built in.

You receiveWorking designs, not just pictures
  4. 04

    Check and deliver

Print files go through preflight. Websites are tested on real devices. Everything is organised for handover.

You receiveFinal files, print-ready PDFs, brand guide
  5. 05

    Support

Stay on for updates, new campaigns and the next print run, or take the files and go.

You receiveSomeone who already knows your brand

TimingA single print piece can move in days. A brand or a website takes weeks, depending on size and how quickly feedback comes back. We give you a timeline in writing at step one.

Ways to work with us

Two options (02)
(A) Project

A defined project.

A new website, a brand, a print run or a packaging range. A clear scope, a clear timeline and a clear finish.

  • +Scope and timeline agreed in writing
  • +Design, build and print-ready files
  • +Handover your team can run with
(B) Ongoing

Design on call.

For businesses that always have something to make: new campaigns, updated menus, the next print run, a small website change.

  • +A regular amount of design time each month
  • +Same people, who already know your brand
  • +Web, graphics and print in one queue

How pricing worksWe quote against a written scope, so you see what is included and what is not before you commit. If the scope changes, we tell you before the work does.

Questions

FAQ (06)

Things people ask first.

Not here? Send us an enquiry and we will answer it plainly.

(01)

Do you work with businesses across Australia?

Yes. We work with Australian businesses wherever they are. Most of it happens online, with calls and shared files, and we can work with your printer or help you brief one.

(02)

What do we actually receive at the end?

Editable source files, final exports for web and print, print-ready PDFs, and a short guide to using them. Your team and your printer can use them straight away, and the files are yours.

(03)

Can you design for print if we already have a logo?

Yes. We start from what you have. If the logo needs fixing so it prints cleanly at every size, we will tell you what and why before changing anything.

(04)

What does print-ready mean?

The artwork has bleed so colour runs past the cut, text sits inside a safe area, fonts are embedded or outlined, images are the right resolution and colours are set up for print. We check each file before it goes out.

(05)

How do you price a project?

We write a scope first, then quote against it. You see what is included, how many rounds of feedback are in, and what would count as extra before you say yes.

(06)

Can you look after the website once it is live?

Yes. Some clients take the site and run it themselves, others keep us on for updates and new pages. Either is fine, and we will explain what each looks like.
